Please Enjoy !!

New FotoScrap Album (1.9u79) Available

I’ve been working hard on my FotoScrap Album program and have just posted a new update!  The Help file is now up-to-date (hooray!) as is the ReadMe file (which is now a PDF file).  Most of the changes concern the vastly improved handling of  Movies, but there are also lots, lots, lots of bug fixes as well.

I hope you enjoy this new version !

FotoScrap Album, version 1.9u41

Fixes various problems with Inserting Movie (especially MP4) files.

Fixes a problem with Inserting Pictures or Movies from the root folder of a disk drive.

Fixes a problem with Installation on Windows 7 that prevented the Help menu from showing.

Please visit the FotoScrap Album download page to get this newest version.

Bill’s Software

As everybody probably knows, I spend a lot of time working on my FotoScrap Album program.  I’ve never had a good way to distribute the changes.

Checkout the Bill’s Software link on the Tab bar at the top of the page.  It is now easy for me to keep the latest version posted and easy for you to download and install it.  (You will also find my older program, SkyAtNight, there as well; you won’t be seeing updates very often!)

Please note: at the current time, the Help file and the Readme file are really seriously out of date.  I’ll get around to updating those files eventually.

April Fool’s – or tax day …

April Fool’s day – Pranks by Google, news about past pranks by Google.  Cool Stuff.

But today was also the day I worked on Federal and Oregon taxes.  Grumble, Mumble and Yuck.  Took all day, but a lot of that was finding and downloading all the right 1099 forms, and surviving a seriously flaky Internet.  But thanks to TurboTax, its now all done and all filed.
