Out of the Marina

We motored out of the marina this morning in no-wind conditions and encountered a light southerly swell as we entered the sea.  It was only a 2-hour hop to our destination behind Isla Sacrificio where we dropped the hook in about 40 feet of water between the island and the mainland.  We enjoyed sandwiches for lunch on bolillos that I had picked up yesterday at the market and we spent the rest of the day relaxing, Bill on his computer and me reading.  We had a strange cooling fog that drifted in and out of the anchorage over much of the afternoon.  The sky toward evening was covered in light puffy clouds with blue spots between.  A nice evening was spent in the cockpit with the many biting bugs and early to bed for us both.
