Great Wolf Lodge

Doug and I took the kids on a surprise vacation to Great Wolf Lodge.  We’ve been wanting to get them up there but it just seems so hard with school, work, life, etc.  Thanksgiving week we took off of school and it was the perfect time for such a thing.  And the perfect surprise!

We first arrived and everyone was all smiles!!

Then it was off to the water park.  Nicolas had more fun playing in the shallows.

He also had fun in the massive house of knobs.  There were buttons, knobs, steering wheels, switches, pull cords, and dials to turn, pull, push, etc.  All of which caused water to come out of something!  And then a huge bucket dumped ever 5-6 minutes!

It was a blast!!!  We decided to go ahead and do our Christmas Present for the kids up here rather than Disneyland.  It should be fun.
