Doug had to take call today so we made the most out of it. Doug and I found the metal side brackets to my old rod iron bed before we took Nicolas to school. Then we dropped off Nic at school and went to the YMCA to work out. By the time we left the Y, the welding shop near by was open. We dropped off the brackets to them. Then ran my typical Wednesday errands and enjoyed a nice lunch at the Blue Heron. By this time the brackets were finished so we picked them up and some 2×4’s and plywood. Luckily when we got home there was a halt in the rain so we were able to cut all the boards and build a platform for the bed. Now with a queen size mattress a friend gave us we have a very nice bed in the cabin!!! Doug also stained a few boards for the bathroom door out there. Were expecting his parents tomorrow so hopefully this weekend we will get some plumbing run. YEA!!!
