Today was early release and the start of Spring Break!  We all are very much looking forward to a week of sleeping in!  Well all of us except dad, he still has to work early in the morning…. bummers. 

Doug picked up Jacob and Alexa from school and met there mom at the usual spot.  I picked up Nicolas and was planning on hitting McDonalds for lunch.  Unfortunately Nicolas got another Stop and Think.  I should be grateful that he tells me about them, even when he doesn’t bring it home.  We ended up coming home so he could get his 40 sentences written!  Next one will be 45, he says there wont be another one.  Boy I sure hope so.  Other than the one incident of pushing on the playground, which he claims was playing, it sounds like he had a good day.  He went ahead and got his sentences written in pretty good time.  Ginger came over with Rici and we planted about a hundred bulbs in my gardens.

Once Doug got home we loaded the kids and headed to the beach.  Rici actually said he wanted to come, which is a first, but we told him maybe next time.  It was actually very nice on the beach and Nicolas had a good time building his mining equipment to mine for gold.  He saw sparkly sand and just new he could strike it rich!

We all went out to pizza, headed to the Clarks to watch our Survivor show we love to watch together, and then headed home to bed.  The day just disappeared and before we knew it, it was 9pm!

Time for Bed!
