Lazy Day

Since I worked last night we sort of had a lazy day.  Once I finally got home from work most of the kids were awake.  They helped clean the house and worked on their blogs.  I tried hard not to fall asleep.  Then we all went off to the pool.  We met some friends there and the kids had a blast jumping off the side competing for the biggest splash!  Once we came home Jacob and Emily made everyone dinner.  Emily made waffles and Jacob cooked the bacon.  Our friends came over too so the kids spent the next few hours running around outside.  Us mom’s visited and tried to stay awake!!!  Soon after that I crashed.  The kids all tucked me into bed. I had fallen asleep on top of the covers and Nicolas was trying so hard to get the covers out from under me.
