About once every 3 months Aunt Ginger comes over and helps fill up the freezer with some of the things on the menu.  Stuff that my hands hate me making…. the messy foods.  Like enchiladas and lasagna.  Today Emily and Ginger made 4 Lasagna’s and 4 Enchiladas…. HUGE ones!  Lexi will be pretty happy for the Enchilada night!
