Canning Tuna

Today, after 3 days of working long days, I canned close to 100 cans of tuna.  It ended up being an all day affair!  Luckily we have most of our canned tuna needed for the year.  I would like to do one more small batch with jalapeno’s in it though.  The kids had their friends Jeffrey, Isaiah, and Sam over to play.  No pictures though… I was too busy with tuna hands!
