Saturday the 1st.  Rici and Nicolas got together and made soap for their mom’s.

Sunday the 2nd Jacob and Alexa made their mom candles with Aunt Ginger’s help.

Alexa’s was an ice candle.  The first wax went in around ice.  The second was filled the ice holes.  It turned out so CUTE!!!

Jacob went for one solid pink candle.

 

Emily also made something on Sunday with Aunt Ginger but I’m unable to post about it because I have no idea!

Then Sunday night the girls were very into gift giving and wanted to make something for the grandma’s.  They made several bars of soap, cleaned up the mess, and had lot’s of laughs.  Monday morning they both popped their soap out of the molds and packaged them up to ship off to all the grandma’s.  Emily even made some for Meredy.  I am so proud of them!  Dad got them off to the Post-a-Box in town Monday morning.  Hopefully everyone already received their gifts!!!  The kids worked very hard this year to make everyone’s Mother’s Day special.

Thanks for the great mothers out there and the children that made them so. Thanks to all the grandchildren for the great soaps that smell so sweetly and loves to all this Mother’s Day.

Thanks mom! We had a wonderful day. I was supposed to work for a friend and got put on call. Emily and I planted our vegetable gardens, and an herb garden. We had a nice day here.
