Candy Bouquet

I would love to say that my awesome husband brought this home to me but it would be a lie.  Actually the bouquet he brought me for mothers day was much more beautiful and it wouldn’t make my hinny bigger!

I took care of a man at the hospital for several weeks.  Doug also took care of him on his shifts.  Two days before he departed he put it together that we were married.  He then asked if our children liked candy.  Uh… duh!  Yes, I politely replied.  My children are quite normal so they love candy!  He had this beautiful bouquet on his window sill and asked me to please give it to them.  I naturally forgot at the end of my shift.  The next day he asked for Doug and it was safely brought home to the kids.  You can imagine the smiles and squeals of delight when they saw it!

And I bet that none of it will be left by the time we get there !! (which is OK of course!!)
