Wow.. Changes

Today was a very busy day.  We woke up Lexi early to get her off to enroll in school.  It was recommended with her age to put her in 2nd grade.  We all agreed and went forth.  As of Monday she will be in 2nd grade with a real teacher in a real school.  We then took Jacob over to East Elementry to enroll him in 5th grade.  He was too busy watching all the kids watching by naming all the kids he recognized.  I was too busy filling out all the paperwork!  One would think I was buying a home.  With all this excitement Emily decided she was going to go for it too.  She didn’t want to be the only one home all day.  We last went to the Junior High.  She got a little nervous midway through things but I think she’s feeling pretty confident now.  She’s back and forth!  Monday morning will be interesting!!

YMCA

We went to the Y today for our run and basketball practice.  Nic was at kid so we were minus one kid.  I could really get used to this!

Nic’s first day of school

We decided it might help Nicolas’s social skills to hang out with some other kids his age.  He will do first grade in the morning with his siblings here, then head off to kindergarten with kids his own age for the afternoon.  He’s not to excited but I think he’ll love it!
