Yesterday Dad, Nic, and Lexi tried to go out fishing.  They made it into the ocean but the swells were too big for fishing.  Dad ended up turning around and coming home early.  I had to laugh because I had just read Jacob’s blog.  It was all about how he had the house to himself for the next many hours! 

Today we had a mellow morning.  Nicolas got up and read to me without any screaming fits… if you know Nic you probably agree that this is AWESOME!  Emily had an eye appointment at 9am.  Her eyes are pretty much perfect but when she reads up close she has to strain to maintain.  Were hoping some glasses will fix her persistent evening headaches.  I think she’s thrilled at getting to wear some new styling glasses!  When we got home the kids all finished up today’s school.  Nicolas and I went on our run (he rode his bike), then lifted weights.  Now the kids are working on their chores and playing some made up game.

This Saturday is their public presentation for fair.  We will be working on that this evening. 

Oh ya, Rici shows up this evening too.  His mom is making a trip up to Montana to finish cleaning her house out.  For some reason she thinks Rici’s two hands aren’t that much help!!!
