An Early Morning

We got up early this morning to head towards Pendleton.  3:40am the alarm went off!  Yikes.  I woke the girls up first so they would have a chance to get themselves ready.  By 4am all kids were up and dressed.  We didn’t make it out of the house until 4:40.  It was a little later than planned but…. It was EARLY!!!

We finally made it to Drano Lake for some fishing by 8am.  Doug, the boys, his dad, and Ron Diede all spent the rest of the day fishing.  Nope, no fresh Springer Salmon came home.  Lexi, Emily, and I borrowed grandpa’s car and headed towards Pendleton.  Emily and I had a big surprise planned to take Alexa to the Hannah Montana Movie.  She’s such a sneak though and figured out the surprise.  It was fun though.  The movie was a lot better than I had thought it would be. 

Around 6pm we finally made it to the Mountain House.  The fishermen pulled in right about the time that me and the girls pulled in.  The kids all met up with their cousins (who had arrived earlier in the day) and the chaos began.  After some running around time, dinner time, desert, and hot tubing they were wiped.  I’m wiped out too.  Ready for bed.
