A Hike

We took a hike with all the kids down to the creek.

Alexa found some pine cones and many many flowers!

 The plan was to hike along the creek and back up the hill on the other edge of their property.  We only made it to the creek and the water was like a magnet sucking the kids into it’s fun!  Doug and I ended up hauling rocks with the kids to create a bridge.  It originally started so that we could get everyone across dry.  HMMMMM.

Yep!  First one in the water was Nicolas.  The others followed quickly behind.  Okay, I might have been the second one wet.
